VeriVote collects minimal personal data: email address, display name, country preference, and usage analytics. We do not sell user data to third parties.

Your data is used to personalize your feed, send alerts you opt into, and improve our contradiction detection algorithms. All political statement data is sourced from public records.

3. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and preferences only. No marketing or tracking cookies are used without explicit consent.

4. GDPR Compliance

EU users have the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data. Contact privacy@verivote.com to exercise these rights.

5. CCPA Compliance

California residents may request disclosure of data collected and opt out of data sharing. We do not sell personal information.

6. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. API keys are stored server-side only. Authentication is handled by Clerk (SOC2 compliant).
