In Statement A (November 11), Lapid threatens that Israel Katz will be remembered as 'Minister of Draft Dodging' if he fails to issue the 7,000 draft orders to Haredim. In Statement B (November 15), just four days later, Lapid praises Katz for doing exactly that — issuing the 7,000 orders — and salutes him with 'respect.' While these statements are not logically incompatible (the condition was met and the praise followed), they reveal a sharp rhetorical reversal: Lapid went from threatening condemnation to offering public praise for the same minister over the same action. This is consistent with a framing reversal in that the hostile, threatening posture toward Katz was replaced with lavish commendation once the political action served Lapid's narrative.
