In Statement B (June 2026), Lapid characterizes Haredim as a group that 'paralyzes the state,' 'creates chaos,' and actively evades civic duty, using sharp confrontational language with no such inclusive framing. While both statements concern the Haredi community and military/civic service, the tone and framing shift from outreach and inclusion to collective blame and antagonism. This constitutes a framing reversal in how Lapid publicly positions himself toward the same group, though it may also partly reflect changed circumstances (escalating Haredi protests).
